For our Valuations team, we are looking for a new colleague for the position of Valuation Analyst.
What will you do?
Build complex valuation models in NPL and distressed assets field
Provide business plans, DCF projections and NPV for new acquisitions and existing portfolios
Produce high-quality Excel spreadsheets tailored to each transaction
Review key modeling assumptions and judge their adequacy
Present easy-to-understand models to investors
Screen and follow NPL market trends with focus on CEE and SEE region
Perform ad-hoc benchmark analysis and tasks related to potential investments or fund management
What do we expect from you?
University graduate in Finance, Economics or Mathematics
Sophisticated Excel skills with interest in programming (Python, SQL)
Sound knowledge of corporate finance, financial modelling and valuation techniques
Critical thinker with analytical mindset and keen eye for detail
Excellent time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Proficient English with the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Desire to understand the workings of the funds and asset management industry
Preparation for a professional qualification (CFA, CAIA) would be considered an advantage
