What You’ll Do:
Team with the top-level execs in our business units to help define:
Roadmaps/user journeys
Vision building
Research plans (product selection and prioritization, results reporting)
Agile consultation and process evaluation
Conduct design thinking workshops
Tell stories and draw pictures.
Develop strong relationships with product teams and act as a trusted design advisor.
Track current trends and technologies and share that amazement with the Broadcom design community
Push the boundaries in your specialty, offering new ideas and solutions for products and patterns
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
7+ years of experience in design.
Master’s Degree or global equivalent in Human Computer Interaction, Information Design, Industrial Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or related HCI discipline is preferred.
Experience in UX Design
Experience in empowering awesome in challenging environments.
Insatiable curiosity and an obsession with enterprise software design.
Excellent communication skills including experience speaking to technical (engineering, architects) and business (product managers) audiences
