As a Test Specialist at IBM, your analytical and technical skills will directly impact the quality of the software we create. Your Role and Responsibilities
Test lead / Test analyst in this job role will have an expertise in planning, design, management, execution and reporting of tests using appropriate testing tools and techniques, and conforming to agreed standards. He/she will ensure that new and amended systems and interfaces perform as specified and agreed with the business. Typical examples of the deliverables are testing strategies, test plans, test cases, test reports, and quality metrics. Technical Specialist will primarily apply his/her technical skills in an internal or external customer services and implementation environment. Technical Specialist Focuses on Individual/Team/ Department Operational Objectives.

Contributes by supporting activities that are subject to business measurements, impact customer satisfaction, or impact immediate costs or expenses.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
We are looking for a Test lead / Test Analyst to participate on IBM projects in this role. Test Lead is
responsible for the definition of the test architecture, processes and test approaches for the project. The
candidate will be leading the setup of the test process, closely cooperates with customer during all
stages of the project and provides support to the delivery teams with regards to the test process,
methods and tools used. Test lead will be also responsible for definition and execution on defect
management processes, monitoring and communicating the test project status, resolving the test
project issues, and ensuring effective test process improvement feedback.
Required skills:
Experience with Test management for at least three years
Experience with Test analysis for at least two years
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
General IT Technical Overview
English on communicative level
Czech / Slovak on communicative level
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Test planning and management tools knowledge
Understand business domain
