Title of role – IAM Eng. Developer / Architect
Location – Czech Republic/ Anywhere in Europe
Employment Type – Permanent

Position will report into – Associate General Manager

Role definition
The Consultant requires hands-on development and implementation of workflows and data integration/transformations in an identity management project using a Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) workflow engine

Expected qualification and critical experiences
8+ years of Experience with below mentioned technologies
Java, Spring, Strutts, Mobile Development
Web Development
Web Services – REST/SOAP based application development inclusive of APIs, adapters and schedulers
Developing applications that interface with Cloud, Databases, LDAP
Applications capable of working with flat-files
Mobile application development including SDKs such as iOS, Android
Skilled in using IDEs and tools such as POSTMAN (including developing tests)
Knowledge of building, compiling, deployment and SDLC
Configuration Management including GIT
Knowledge of working in DevOps pipelines

Preferred Skills Required:
Serve as key member of Oracle Identity Management implementation team
Design and Implement overall IAM solution using Oracle stack and understand inter-operability from an architectural and design perspective
Hands-on project experience with Oracle Identity Management stack
Hands-on development and implementation of workflows and data integration/transformations in an identity management project using a Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) workflow engine.
Install, configure and provide insight to end-to-end Oracle Identity Management (OIM, WebLogic Application Server, Oracle RAC and Databases)
Document detailed technical requirements and functional specifications directly with client team
Provide written responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposal), product demonstrations, proof of concept exercises
Develop code in Java and J2EE with ADF for system applications
Implementation of the technical infrastructure.
Knowledge of SOA as in developing workflows and understanding of architectural concepts
Knowledge of Agile software Development process
Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting for review.
