The course aims to introduce participants to a holistic model of stress and raise understanding of stress causes, mechanisms and effects, how stress impacts teaching ability and provide them with practical tools for dealing with stress. During the course, participants will identify their stress and emotional triggers in a work context and come up with new, more resourceful strategies.
We are a not-for-profit organisation providing more than 30 scheduled, on-demand, and tailor-made ERASMUS+ Staff Mobility courses in 12 countries across Europe. Our main mission – foster academic and administrative staff’s professional and personal development through non-formal education.
Requirements:
Fluent English;
Flexibility as to the schedule of work;
Superior organizational skills, attention to detail/level of quality and strong communication skills (written and verbal);
Teaching/training experience – proficient in training methodologies and curriculum development;
Please note that this position is not a permanent employment offer, but EXTERNAL cooperation based on a service contract.
The trainer must live in the Czech Republic.
