Welcome to our first CHANEL Boutique in Czech Republic opened in June 2022, right in the city center of Prague. We are looking for a Tailor (m/f/x) to join our team.
In the role of a Tailor (m/f/x) and as an expert in your craft, you will provide an extraordinary service to our international clients.
YOUR ROLE:
Take over responsibility for our fully equipped tailor’s studio
Advise our international clients on all alteration requests
Change and make adjustments to our exclusive prêt-à-porter collections as well as all other tasks around the atelier
When assisting on the shop floor as needed, apply CHANEL standards of customer service including welcoming clients and escorting clients to the door as appropriate in order to assist in maximising all sales opportunities
Establish and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure excellent customer service according to the values of our company

YOUR PROFILE:
Successfully completed training as a tailor or master tailor
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
Experience in high-quality fashion would be a plus
Expertise in dealing with international customers and strong service mentality
Organizational talent and confidence in styling
Careful, precise and independent way of working
Fluent communication skills in Czech and English; other languages would be a plus
