Supplier Management Analyst with German, Novartis, Prague, Czech Republic

5.000+! Is the number of people this role is supporting in the organization, freeing them up to focus on drug discovering for patients in need. This role is responsible for the accuracy of our Vendor master data and focuses on creating a strong relationship with our external Stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing the relationship with our Supplier and initiate calls to validate data
Ensure there are no duplicate vendor accounts, incorrect data in the systems
Promotes, Supports and engages in Continuous Improvement and Harmonization of transitioned activities with aim on best practices and efficiency increase
Standardizing the approach on how we collect data from Suppliers
Ensure compliance with Novartis Accounting Manual (NAM), Novartis Financial Controls Manual (NFCM) and regulatory requirements.

Minimum requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
2-3 years relevant experience
Proficient in English and German
Strong Customer orientation, professional attitude, reliable
Experience with the Vendor Master System and Processes
Strong skills in supporting tools such as MS Excel required
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization
SAP knowledge
