Perform routine and complex internal investigations of misconduct for numerous customers, to include Human Resources, Integrity & Compliance, and all Business Units. You will perform interviews, both remote and in person, review documents, communications, digital evidence, and other sources of information. You will be required to prepare clear and concise investigative reports based upon findings as a result of your investigation. You will be responsible for preparing training materials based upon identified training needs and gaps, acting as a subject matter expert, and assisting in training HR Generalists and other Honeywell employees assigned business conduct investigations.
This is a 2 year limited contract.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct interviews – Witnesses & subjects for internal misconduct matters
Gather relevant information
Prepare investigative reports
Manage and protect confidential information
Work with HR, Legal and business stakeholders
Provide briefings
Identify the need for corrective actions
Teach investigative skills
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s Degree or in lieu of a degree, working experience in Corporate Investigations or Law Enforcement
English proficiency, both spoken and written.
