The Sr Contracts Manager leads the Procurement Contracts EMEAI team in all facets of contract development, including review of sourcing and subcontract documents (Non-Disclosure Agreements, Long Term Contracts, Subcontract, General Purchase Order Provisions In-Bound Licenses, University Agreements) negotiation, drafting, amendments, and claims/disputes resolution.
Main Objectives:
Participates as a key member of the Procurement Contracts leadership team.
Provides independent and objective contract evaluation. Advises management on contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions.
Enforces contractual requirements in coordination with Sourcing leadership.
Participates in development of short and long-range business objectives/goals as well as in the strategic and tactical planning necessary to attain objectives.
Partners with Sourcing leadership team to support business efforts by providing leadership and expertise on a full array of complex contractual issues.
Contributes to the business by developing strong working relationships with internal customers (including ISC, GBE, CBT, Engineering, and Finance) and external suppliers, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Maximizes productivity (e.g., supplier contributions), quality, and delivery metrics while minimizing risk in the negotiation of contracts.
Ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures applicable to contracting and contract management.
Responsible for handling certain supplier contracts directly and for managing overall workload of the Procurement Contracts EMEAI team. Additional duties may include providing subject matter expertise to various initiatives and participating on special project teams; and other ancillary matters as may be assigned from time-to-time.
Responsibilities:
Leads a contracts team of 10 to 12 contract professionals across multiple sites.
Ensures organizational effectiveness focused on core priorities.
Supports and drives contract excellence initiatives. Drive contracting standardization/COE initiatives. Leans in to lead and drive change.
Focuses on continual improvement in the speed, quality, and simplicity of contract formation and flow down processes without compromising compliance.
Uses six sigma / lean methodologies, and global resources to reduce inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
Demonstrated ability to identify, understand and champion digital contracting and work opportunities and initiatives.
Responsible for staff competency and professional development, driving performance consistent with ISC Sourcing and Honeywell functional objectives.
You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in legal and/or commercial contracts background
5+ years’ experience in Commercial and/or Government Contracting

Six Sigma Green belt certification and experience applying lean elements for functions strongly preferred.
Experience with a CLM system a plus
MBA or JD preferred.
Relevant experience in commercial contracting & management is preferred.
