Your responsibilities
Receiving, processing and recording orders from customers (external and internal), Communicating with customers regarding repair queries, approving quotations. Collaboration with dedicated Field Service Engineers, distribution of orders, support the processes, Ordering logistics of instruments as per customer requirements, Receipt of instruments into the system, Recording of loan reports Sales of spare parts to customers. Spare parts stock tracking. Ordering of spare parts Recording service contracts, preparing and processing documentation for service contracts Performing other tasks as directed by supervisor
Your qualification
Secondary education Active intermediate knowledge of English language PC skills, knowledge of office software (MS Office, Lotus Notes, etc.) Pleasant demeanor, communication skills Independent solving of assigned tasks Responsibility
