For this role, we are looking for an experienced UX researcher to help with mapping the current process how certain business partners are handling the tour planning set up within the company’s business space, help us find and resolve the dysfunctional areas, use different methodologies as per context to do exploratory UX research, share the findings cross-functionally and collaborate with UX designers as per project, analyse the behavioural data gathered through different stages, uses both quantitative and qualitative methods to do evaluative UX research, and narrate findings as to raise empathy across the wider team.
We are looking for an experienced UX researcher who:
Knows quite a lot about Human Cantered Design (HCD) practices and is experienced working in it
Has a secret crush for service design, service blueprint and understanding end to end processes
Knows how a persona helps in the problem-solving process in the digital space
Has eternal curiosity and doesn’t stop asking relevant questions
Has a vast variety of research knowledge to use as per project need
Can conclude findings from quantitative data as well as qualitative data
Knows a thing or two about UX benchmarking
Has a solid knowledge of us metrics and utilising them
Can conduct user interviews with people from different nationalities and cultural backgrounds
Has a good command of impactful narration when delivering research findings
Is well organized with documenting the findings
Has experience using any user testing platform for unmoderated usability testing and knows how to set it up
Can perform both remote and in-person user interviews
Questions the validity of the problem as well as the solution
Is proactive and determined to learn about the projects and the processes
Has a friendly attitude and is open-minded to discuss research findings with different groups concerned
Is experienced with UX research methodologies and practices, and knows how to set up interviews and questions
Knows how to work in an agile set up and work iteratively
Strives for efficiency and effectiveness
