Job Description:
As Senior Pursuit Manager in our team, you apply a standard approach to opportunity management, coordinating and supporting pitch teams to enable time savings and higher win rates. You can expect to project manage 2-5 deals at a time, depending on complexity, from qualified to close as prioritized by the Growth Officer. The Pursuit Manager provides the best available content, and manages pitch deck versioning, coordinates meetings, deliverables and pitch day logistics to meet deadlines and ensure quality.
Roles and responsibilities:
Being the driving force behind the creation of sales content
Using created sales content to shape vendor questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs and pitch documents, as well as proactive proposals
Planning, organizing and managing the sales process from an RFI/RFP request to the submission, for high-volume and complex submissions
Tracking and managing a project plan to drive content creation
Liaising with content owners to craft the required information, understand the correct tags and timings for reapproval
Running through recent submissions to pull reusable content, and standardising that content for future use
Performing reviews and analysis how we can improve efficiencies going forward and actioning the requirements
Qualifications:
Fluent English; Fluent German
Bachelor degree or similar work-related experience
4 years of project management experience
Well-organised individual who enjoys project related work, tight deadlines and is problem-solving
Excellent administration and project management skills.
Confidence in coordinating teams and managing upwards.
An excellent understanding of Project Management tools and concepts
A team player with a strong and confident personality and a positive attitude with great dedication
Excellent written and communication skills
Understanding of the New Business process and best practices
Excellence in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel and Acrobat Pro – knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is helpful
