About the role
DHL IT Services is accelerating the Group’s digitalization journey and evolving to become a competitive advantage for DPDHL. We have recently formed the DevSecOps Services & Digital Touchpoints department to enhance our digital solutions and develop compelling & resilient end-to-end services.
As a Senior Product Owner, you will be at the center of this journey! You will lead further growth of ITS ServiceNow platform (GSN) and various products built on top of it such as RequestIT. All very critical products for our business operations, processing millions of requests every month and used by thousands of colleagues. You will define overall product strategy and vision, curate backlog of features and stories with all stakeholders, and directly work with delivery team to develop and run the platform. Truly end-to-end responsibility and a fantastic opportunity to improve efficiency for the entire company. You will work in a team of skilled and engaged professionals across our locations, continuously developing and bringing new products to life that change the way we do business.

Your work:
Define product roadmap and ensure alignment with organization goals
Collaborate with colleagues across the company to understand and refine requirements
Lead an Agile/Scrum project team that develops and launches new features
Continuously prioritize and maintain product backlog based on stakeholder feedback and data analysis
Review deliverables from project team based on acceptance criteria in product stories
Stay on top of industry trends and best practices through market research
What will you need:
Can-do attitude, open & entrepreneurial mindset and taking ownership
Excellent communication & collaboration skills, including an ability to talk to both technical and non-technical audiences
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager or a similar role (e.g. IT Project Management, Consulting..)
Nice to have:
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
Experience with Service Management platforms such as ServiceNow is a big plus
