PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The position is in the Field Finance area of SAP Germany. Field Finance acts as business partner and supports the Business (Sales Teams, Sales Supporting Teams, Market Unit CFO) by structuring complex deals in a compliant way.
We take care of the second biggest Market Unit (MU) within the SAP Group and therein are many Global Strategic Accounts.

manage and coordinate deal support across multi-functional internal teams (Project Controlling, Accounting, Risk and Compliance, Legal, Tax) on complex deals scenarios.
drive approvals considering various factors such as: field organization business targets and needs, internal rules and restrictions.
serve as main point of contact for Commercial topics internally and externally.
are responsible to ensure compliance with GFA governance processes.
act as transformation agent and partner with Sales to understand customer requirements to help, find or develop compliant solutions and facilitate a fast deal closure.
provide Sales enablement and training.
drive change and innovation actively to improve existing processes.
balance various projects to improve the day-to-day operations of your team.
closely collaborate and interact with the Co-Leads of the Deal Support Commercial Deutschland and the Commercial Director to allow Commercial one voice.
maintain timely, positive and professional communication with your stakeholders to anticipate escalations.
are a strategic thinker with an analytical mind.
are able to operate calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities.
will be a front runner in our new Service Location for the MU Germany and help to grow our team in Prague.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Diploma/Master degree (preferable in Law) or equivalent proficient experience with proven performance track record.
Can-do attitude, eye for detail.
Experience with contracts/GTC.
Experience with commercial business scenarios and processes is a preference.
Excellent language skills in German and very good language skills in English.
High service, customer, solution orientation.
Deliver high quality outcomes under deadline pressure.
Self-starter, creative, enthusiastic, committed and determined.
Innovative thinker, team player, results-oriented, with a ‘can-do’ attitude, focused on quality.
