WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll link existing data sources in our Marketing & Communications environment and use them to build a networked data infrastructure
You’ll cluster the extracted data, setting the stage for data-driven marketing and communications activities
You will develop suitable data supply processes in the BI environment
Identifying and realizing optimization potential in our data and tool landscape and expanding our data acquisition will also be among your tasks
You’ll recognize and understand internal stakeholders’ data requirements for analytical evaluations and support their implementation
You see yourself as a peer to colleagues with other professional backgrounds, whom you will advise and support in pragmatically integrating data and data infrastructure in their fields and methods
YOU’RE GOOD AT
You enjoy (re-)developing and structuring things and wouldn’t shy away from challenging the status quo to evolve our data infrastructure with us
You manage your projects independently and know how to proactively involve relevant stakeholders
You have a “hacker mindset” and independently design and test your own hypotheses before drawing the right conclusions—with a prototype (MVP) before every finished solution
You have a basic understanding of project management, work independently, and are oriented on results
You’re a team player
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
You have at least a master’s degree in a business- or IT-related field of study.
You have 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of data analytics/software engineering
You are proficient in Python and SQL
You are highly familiar with data warehousing and ETL and already have several years of experience in this area
You have a basic understanding of business processes and ideally have already prepared data infrastructures in the context of marketing and communications
Expertise in the German market, which makes up the largest share of our go-to-market, is desirable
You are familiar with all widely used tools (e.g., Alteryx) and have experience with the Microsoft/Azure environment in particular
You have exercised a functional leadership role in the past, ideally having worked in agile teams
You are fluent in written and spoken English.
YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be part of the CE Marketing team and work closely with roughly 45 colleagues in Munich, Düsseldorf, Vienna, Zurich, Prague, Budapest, and Warsaw, reporting directly to our CE Marketing and Communications Senior Director, who leads all CE Marketing and Communications teams.
