Meet your team
SAP is the global market leader for business software and thus contributes a considerable part of the world’s economic power grid. The Order Management Software Center of Expertise is a global part of SAP Global Finance Shared Services and will support the global reporting of order controls for the entire SAP group.
What you’ll do
Provide high-quality editing and formatting for reporting related documents intended for managerial review, including but not limited to operational reports, communication materials on how to run the reports, and SOX control reports
Take meeting minutes and summarize action plans before validation by line manager
Ensure to maintain and update the report feedback documentation in collaboration with other teams
Support the team in organizing and managing reports or trainings as required
Other duties as needed

Ongoing University studies
Fluent in English (French or German are a plus)
Quick learner, adaptable and able to use own initiative
Organization & time management skills, process oriented
Team player, Proactive and responsible approach to customer support
Quality driven with excellent attention to detail
Experience with SAP systems is preferable but not essential
Strong analytical, reporting and writing abilities
