We are a software service provider for customers primarily in German-speaking countries, based in Prague. We are part of HBSN Group and our customers are mainly from three sectors.
In Finance&Energy, we are active in development for the leading European financial exchanges. We have rich experience in finance sector and can afford to go into bigger and more complex projects. For example, we are currently developing a brand new greenfield trading system that has an advanced technology architecture and processes tens of thousands of events per second. In the Energy sector we have developed an on-line German national platform to monitor electricity consumption comprehensibly and transparently.
In Healthcare, we are working for example with leading German health insurance companies. We are currently developing a system for managing the insured’s account in a microservice architecture for one of the leading German health insurance companies. For example, we are also developing a system for the organization of assistance services for handicapped insureds throughout Germany. Another hot trend in this area is digital aids paid for by health insurance, for example, the Apple watch app we are developing, based on the use of health data from the watch, which allows cardiologists to monitor the ECG of their patients.
The third sector is Digital Business. We are keeping up, and have opened up further opportunities in this growing area, in the development of cloud-based solutions. A current example is building a platform for financing development projects, running on Microsoft cloud services (Azure).
You will work with the top management of the company on exciting new business opportunities and will be searching for new ones. Your main responsibilities will be:
sales support (e-mailing, preparation of target lists, lead management etc.)
support during the preparation of sales materials (offers, tenders, references)
active work with the CRM system (evidence of customer contacts)
support in marketing activities (customer events, cooperation with chambers of commerce, text writing (customer references, occasionally blog articles))
daily use of Czech, English and German language
proven work experience on relevant sales / marketing role
education in Business or/and Marketing
understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
strong (verbal and written) communication skills
excellence in preparation of sales presentations and sales offers in Czech, English and German language (text preparation, document formatting and finalization)
