Job Description Summary
Safety Management is a cross-functional discipline centered on an approach, mindset, and process. All activities that consider both the business and the technical needs of the customers and regulator with the goal of providing a quality product that meets the users needs and regulatory requirements.

The discipline that executes a robust process of design, creation, and optimization of system, consisting of identification and quantification of requirements.

Responsible for Safety Management System focused to Design Orgnization (DOA)

Function with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop work processes and specifications related to Processes / Safety Management System (SMS);
Leading / coaching teams and training as an authority on technical matters relating to SMS;
Organize, lead, and perform regular SMS risk assessments in interdiscipliary teams (Ensure consistency between product lines)
Coach and mentor engineering / production / maintenance teams in Part 21 / 145 / 147 and other legal requirements
Develop and document SMS concepts & culture
Attend change management meetings and deduce actions
Support regular report outs with the leadership team
Advise on legal and normative requirements
Research (and stay current) of relevant standards, regulations, and directives
Work with remote team members from a diverse array of disciplines to utilizing a strong attention to detail to complete project work without direct, day-to-day supervision
Participate in industrial working and policy groups

Required Qualifications
Mandatory Czech and English language
University degree preferably in technical area or Risk Management or Safety Management or Aerospace
Nice to have / welcomed
Experience in Safety management
Experience in Aerospace / Aviation
Knowledge of FMEA and other Risk Management techniques
Knowledge of requlatory requirements (Part 21 / Part 145 / Part 147)
Knowledge of Quality Management
