We have an opportunity for a Real Estate Analyst in Prague.

The real estate organization consists of an extremely strong team with a mandate from the Corporation; a solid foundation in place that includes industry-leading processes and tools; and an incomparable real estate analytics platform. This role will be part of Honeywell’s Global Real Estate team supporting the EMEA & India regions who are responsible for driving all real estate activities across HON’s portfolio of 335 sites & 15M SF.

This position would be ideally suited to a financial analyst who enjoys the challenges of working with data, and who has a real interest in the real estate and property market.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

Provide overall analytical support for the EMEA & India Real Estate teams who have responsibility for delivering all real estate and facilities activity across the Americas portfolio – transactions, projects, facilities, and energy.
Support the EMEA & India Real Estate teams for key portfolio and project reviews – key regional meetings, portfolio deep dives & complex real estate projects.
Lead preparation of real estate performance metrics for review with the EMEA & India Real Estate teams.
Drive coordination of the regional annual real estate plan & strategic outlook.
Actively participates in Global Real Estate metro planning reviews collaborating with Real Estate Strategic Planners & regional Analysts to ensure successful reviews.
Actively participate in Real Estate Strategic Planning Council (RESPC).
Collaborate with the Real Estate Strategic Planning team & regional Analysts to drive enhancements to Global Real Estate’s analytics platform – improve day-to-day workflow and provide new/enhanced analytical insights into the real estate portfolio to identify incremental portfolio optimization opportunities.
Requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, operations, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in real estate, consulting, finance, or similar role
High level of computer skills, particularly focused on analytics – Excel, Tableau, etc.
Deep understanding of financial analysis and modeling (i.e. Net Present Value, Payback, IRR, etc)
Excellent written and interpersonal communications skills
High level of project management, analytical capability, and organizational skills
