Our Exciting Opportunity:
We are now looking for Customer Project Managers, to lead presales engagements and Customer projects in the Radio Network and rollout Domain. The main objective of the position is to secure that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract. The position locations is Czech Republic.

You will:
You will establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the vital resources and plans and supervise all activities
Drive project execution: track project activities, supervise and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues
Handle customer and partner engagement: lead customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events
Handle project finance: ensure that your projects are delivered in line with the financial plan
Develop business: participate in answering RFQ’s and in preparing contracts and take part in pre-sales meetings
Contribute to the improvement of the delivery methodology, the simplification of processes as well as the further developments of methods and tools

To be successful in the role you must have:
Education: Degree in Telecommunication or IT
Min years of experience: 5 – 10 years
Demonstrated expertise and solid track record in network deployment roles and in Project Management
Knowledge of waterfall and agile Project Management methodologies
Sufficient overall technical competence in telecom infrastructure to enable you to take the right project decisions in a complex technical environment
Financial Foresight & Analysis Skills
Business Understanding and Consultative Selling Skills
Excellent client-facing and interpersonal communications skills
Customer and Market Insight with Project Management Skills
Supervising, Planning & organizing skills
Fluent English language (C1)
Slovak or Czech language is a must
Project Management certifications would be considered as an advantage
Project sales process insight and expertise
Contract management, 3rd Party supplier’s management experience
