Real Estate Services is the business partner of the Siemens businesses for managing the real-estate portfolio. We are leasing, buying, building a variety of locations, from office locations to warehouse or production sites throughout Czech Republic. With our Prague’s team of 18 people, we are managing space as well as optimizing real-estate costs for our businesses.
We are looking for a new colleague for the position Office Location Manager (Property Manager) for our office locations approx. 47 000 sqm.
Your new area of responsibility:
Accountable for efficient operation and maintenance of Siemens office portfolio
Management of lease In and Lease out contracts
Leading negotiation of lease conditions with all parties
Location or relocation concepts designing and managing its implementation
Management of relationship with tenants, landlords and in-company partners
Management of FM services related to office operation
Heading a small team of facility (office) managers
Managing the administration related to managed locations
Preparing Budgets (OPEX, CAPEX) with responsibility for its compliance
Accountable for service charges and expenses reconciliation
Solving various operation and technical tasks
Cooperation with Project Management and EHS Management and Procurement
Ensure that corporate standards and policies are successfully implemented into all processes
Your qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in property management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Must speak fluent Czech & English
Driver license
Proactive and open mindset
Personable and dedicated to client satisfaction
Ability to learn quickly and apply oneself to new areas
University degree in technical or economy is advantage
