You will have responsibility for planning and control of multiple environmental, social, and governance workstreams and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a management operating system (MOS) to organize and monitor individual projects and workstreams supporting Honeywell’s ESG commitments
Partner with ESG workstream owners and stakeholders to develop project milestones and reporting requirements
Manage key ESG projects, for example:
Coordinate the review, response and monitoring of external ESG Analyst assessments and communications for Honeywell
Partner with Controllership and Internal Audit to evaluate, improve and maintain an ESG controls framework including defined policies and procedures, completeness and accuracy, IT general controls, controls over third-party data, and controls around reporting.
Track, forecast and report on project progress including metrics and challenges
Maintain project timeframes, objectives and communications
Verify third-party data and information and update as required to ensure alignment with global ESG strategy
Monitor ongoing effectiveness of implemented workstreams
Support strategic plans and key process improvements to continuously improve ESG program oversight
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s Degree with a science, technical or business focus
WE VALUE
2 years’ experience in project management or related business management areas
Familiarity with ESG programs and initiatives
Strong understanding in project management and data analysis
Proficient in computer technology and Microsoft Office (including MS Project and SharePoint) applications
Good written and verbal communication skills
Lean or Six Sigma experience
