As an R2B2 Programmatic Partnerships Executive, you will join the expansion team in Prague, Czech Republic, and play a key role in expanding our business internationally, thus contributing to the overall growth of the company. Your main objectives will be to establish partnerships with publishers abroad and optimize publishers’ income via effective account management.

What you’ll do as a Partnerships Executive
Contribute to the company’s strategic development by establishing new publisher partnerships abroad and retaining existing publisher partnerships through effective account management.
Research and identify potential publisher partners and key decision-makers in strategic markets and establish publisher partnerships (digital media providers).
Establish relationships and develop networks in the industry; generate leads. Meet and communicate with potential clients (mainly publishers), educate them about our programmatic services, and maximize revenue opportunities.
Follow up with customer retention efforts as an effective account manager, upselling and creating new business opportunities.
Support our country representatives in their daily business endeavors and support established business partnerships.
Represent our company as a business development specialist at local and international industry-related conferences and events.
Work with the team to map strategic markets, analyze programmatic market trends, and consider individual publishers’ habits and technical solutions.

Client-focused and highly target driven with strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic contributing team member with the ability to work independently. Self-starter and a quick learner.
Fluent English is a must because you will be communicating with clients, partners, and colleagues around the world.
2+ years of (programmatic) sales experience (on the publisher side) is a plus.
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Experience with brands, agencies, and technology platforms as well as a good understanding of product advertising and related technologies and vendor trends is a plus.
An understanding of the digital media and ad tech landscape is a plus.
Analytical skills and the ability to recognize business opportunities.
