About the role

As Marketing Shared Services Project Manager, you will be expected to run the initiatives for a selected business portfolio within the Adecco Group with a team of specialists from Marketing Shared Services (MSS). The Marketing Shared Services Project Manager is the operational point of contact for the MSS Business Partner and Marketing stakeholders in a specific Adecco Group’s Global Business Unit or Central Marketing. The MSS Project Manager is accountable for the coordination, execution, and control of the agreed Marketing deliverables ensuring consistency with current commitments and goals. She/He actively cooperates with representatives from all MSS specialist teams and selected stakeholders from GBU Marketing and/or Central Marketing. He/She has to ensure all agreed work is delivered to high-quality standards and within agreed timelines. This role reports to the Marketing Shared Services Business Partner for a GBU or Central Marketing. To be successful in this role, you must be ready to drive and execute projects fitting in the overall GBU vision and strategy for Marketing to help change and transform our Marketing Services for impact and best-in-class internally and externally.
What you’ll be doing
Operational point of contact for the GBU and/or Central Marketing team’s agreed initiatives.
Responsible for overall request/project delivery. Responsible for the request/project triage and review.
Gathering information from GBU and/or Central Marketing representatives to ensure the internal teams can deliver flawless assets/products in a designated time.
Responsible for all work done for the GBU/Central Marketing team representatives within the MSS to meet the agreed SLAs.
Work closely with GBU/Central Marketing & MSS team to ensure that the requirements of every project submitted for execution are clear, achievable, and documented.
Prepare written analysis and present findings to stakeholders.
Accountable for project governance, project planning, and scheduling.
Accountable for assigning tasks to Marketing specialists. Attendance, completion, and participation in new MSS tool deployments, updates, and training as required.
Ensuring processes are followed and GBU, Central Marketing & market guidelines are applied.
About you
Master or equivalent education.
At least 3-5+ years of experience in a comparable project management or marketing, or commercial services role.
Preference for sales and marketing experience working with global, matrix-structured multinational organizations.
Acknowledged project management skills like executing/delivering on commitments and managing timelines, budgets, and people.
Structured way of working and able to provide strict instructions.
Ability to multi-task multiple execution team deliverables and meet deadlines.
Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, consistent follow-through, project management, and communication skills (oral, written, and interpersonal).
Capable of adjusting to project & strategic changes.
Flexibility is a must.
Used to manage multiple projects with similar timelines.
Skilled in prioritizing based on GBU/Central Marketing strategic priorities.
Project management training & certificates are preferable.
