As Marketing Shared Services Business Partner, you will be expected to be the chief advocate of the transformation of our Marketing Shared Services (MSS) for a selected business portfolio within the Adecco Group. The Marketing Shared Services Business Partner is the primary point of contact for Marketing stakeholders in a specific Adecco Group’s Global Business Unit. The MSS Business Partner is accountable for supporting the execution of the Marketing roadmap utilizing the MSS capabilities. She/He steers a multidisciplinary team to execute according to the GBU strategy and identifies synergies & opportunities for continuous improvement & growth. He/She will collaborate with the Central Marketing team and with other key functions (IT, Digital, Communications, Finance, etc.) and will work closely with the GBU Marketing representatives to drive customer satisfaction. This role reports to the Group SVP of Marketing Operations & Transformation. To be successful in this role, you must be ready to drive and execute the overall GBU vision and strategy for Marketing to help change and transform our Marketing Services for impact and best-in-class internally and externally. Passion for driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction is key.
What you’ll be doing
Together with the GBU marketing leaders, set the governance for selected and prioritized Marketing Services to be executed via the Marketing Shared Services (MSS) Team. This includes setting and following up on KPIs, SLAs, service prioritization, escalation processes and planning, customer satisfaction, and impact.
Establish reporting and review process with key stakeholders to ensure that agreed SLAs are met and review service delivery value and impact.
Work with and support the business unit to achieve its strategic priorities through the delivery of marketing services, initiatives, and strategies, and be able to identify areas for improvement or new service growth areas and innovation. In partnership with the Global Business Units (GBUs) and the Central Marketing Team, develop an action plan for those, and coordinate successful implementation.
Together with the GBU marketing leaders, ensure maximum support is provided for the successful execution of the GBU Marketing Plans and translate this to actionable prioritization within the MSS Teams.
Identify Marketing Best Practices and partner with the respective teams for leverage and/or scale-up. Simultaneously, act as a focal point for the GBUs marketing teams of responsibility to provide information on marketing best practices across other GBUs, regions, or countries. Drive a uniform process and discipline across several businesses while maintaining flexibility for specific business needs.
Support the orchestration of the cross-business and cross-marketing efforts of the group with the Central Marketing team & GBU Marketing teams and drive a consistent discipline in marketing strategy and operational support to the prioritized campaigns within the prioritized markets.
Partner with the Marketing Shared Services Process leads, Marketing Shared Services Leaders, and Marketing Shared Services Project managers for process improvements, new service areas set-up, and ensure operations under a common and collaborative framework.
You will be expected to bring a strong contribution to achieving The Adecco Group’s Marketing goals to drive business growth and drive the implementation of the Central & GBU Marketing Priorities where applicable. You will be part of the centralized campaign efforts for the Group.
About you
Master or equivalent education.
At least 5+ years of experience in a comparable business partner marketing or commercial role or in a marketing or commercial services role.
Preference for sales and marketing experience working with global, matrix-structured multinational organizations
Acknowledged leadership skills to drive change while executing/delivering on commitments.
Strong stakeholder & program management skills.
Ability to lead multiple projects and delegate activities/responsibilities while maintaining oversight and accountability.
Recognized interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and across businesses are critical for this role.
Respond positively to change and adapt role and focus accordingly.
Fluent in business English; every other language skill is a plus.
