What started as a simple session recording tool for websites is now a feature-rich analytical solution offering unparalleled insight into how online products work.

We want you to help us foster a data-first culture across our entire company. Our primary concern is understanding what drives our customers, including their behavior and what brings them the most value.

We’re looking for a transparent, direct, tech-savvy salesperson who’s looking for a new challenge in the SME B2B SaaS department with international reach.

This role is available as full-time or ¾ employment.

You will be guided to be able to:
Contact and communicate with companies from all over the world that are registered with us or have shown an interest in Smartlook
Present our platform and explain its benefits to prospective customers
Negotiate conditions and contracts with clients. Don’t worry, we have lawyers on standby who can help you
Responsibilities regarding the entire sales cycle
Share customer feedback with our product team, so we can continually improve our product

You’re the right fit if you have:
An interest in sales development — we are looking for juniors without previous experience
Experience with managing and building pipelines. Experience with multiple open opportunities is a plus
Experience selling B2B SaaS products (with a focus on data analytics and user behavior) is a plus
Flawless communication and great presentation skills
English C1 level
An avid interest in technological products
