We’re looking for a junior digital customer communications executive to deliver comms to prospects and customers using email, in-app and push notification channels, based in our Prague office. In this role, you’ll get a chance to work with our awesome team of lifecycle managers, communications specialists and many other talented people across the business to improve customer experience and increase conversion, growth and customer retention. Your new adventure:
Help drive the overall personalized communication strategy across the lifecycle for lead generation, retention, growth and win back as well as GTM, pricing and packaging and seasonal campaign initiatives.
Take responsibility for executing the most effective communication to prospects, trialists and existing customers to improve critical business metrics such as V2T, T2P, NPC, NPC ARR, as well as retention and churn.
Execute communication plans influenced by customer journey optimization and customer lifecycle management processes
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business, including content and design teams, journey designers, product marketing, data analysts and customer-facing teams, to deliver creative and successful communication campaigns
Manage the day-to-day campaigns schedule by safeguarding the contact strategy
Ensure Pipedrive’s email marketing follows data protection, GDPR, CAN-SPAM and other regulations and best practices, including company policies, procedures and brand guidelines
Measure and report on communication effectiveness and how campaign impact drives key business metrics
Execute guidelines and processes to improve team efficiencies and help manage our Jira backlog for customer comms requests
Does this sound like you?
At least one year of experience in communication, email marketing, digital marketing or similar
A degree in communications, marketing, journalism, education, business, PR or English is a plus
Hands-on experience with HTML and content management systems
Experience with email marketing and in-app messaging tools like Customer.io, Get Vero, Gainsight or similar marketing automation technology
Familiar with analytical and database tools
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
You speak and write in fluent English
Proven relationship-building skills
You’re highly motivated and diligent
