Job Summary:  Working Student – Supplier Onboarding Administration



The Supplier Onboarding Admin supports the enablement of suppliers onto SAP Ariba’s Network, for their respective Buyer customers. The role will provide administrative assistance to expedite the registration and onboarding of new suppliers and relationship requests.  The role manages the day to day written (email) interaction with suppliers to ensure that they can transact on the SAP Ariba Network with their Buyer customers. This role will work with cross functional teams to support the requirements of the SAP Ariba supplier membership growth strategy and provide support as required to achieve requisite regional revenue targets.


Tasks and responsibilities


  • Manage suppliers through SAP Ariba Tools and processes with Customer Focus
  • Monitoring the supplier query queues and assist suppliers via email
  • Proactively engage with assigned sellers to ensure on-time enablement via email
  • Provide administrative support to supplier enablement team with reports and admin tasks
  • Responsible for monitoring and tracking status of suppliers for project defined milestones
  • Prioritize strategic suppliers and strategic accounts based on record information in the system
  • Participate in internal trainings and initiatives
  • Work with other internal teams and help to improve process
  • Knows the SAP Ariba Network and Supplier Enablement Automation features, understand the value of ecommerce and the SAP Ariba Network



Required Skills:



  • Bachelor/Master Active Student
  • Excellent communication skills – previous experience with written communication with customers would be preferred
  • Customer Service skills – ideally experienced from customer support / sales or related field will be a benefit
  • Organizational and Reporting skills
  • Attention to detail. Ability to work with and support team members, yet work independently
  • Language skills: Fluency in English language is a must. Additional languages is a benefit
  • Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suit
  • General knowledge of electronic procurement applications
