What will you do?
·Ensure and secure the planning and the execution of actions in the Wellness category in Czech Republic.
·Participate in the development of sales and marketing campaigns, aimed at Leaders, Brand Partners and end-consumers.
·Drives to generate testimonials and spread personal trial and Wellness penetration among sales force.
·Active cooperation with Global Wellness team. Update them about local activities and give feedbac from markets.
·Support sales company and Brand Partners with all questions or issues that might arise, act as the “expert” on Wellness.
·Take part in leaders’ meetings/events (online and offline) to present new products/ initiatives/challenges.
·Monitoring competition on market: new products, market specific information sharing, legislation, trends follow-up.
3. Your background and your qualifications:
·Master Degree in Economics / Marketing / Management
·At least 5 years of professional experience in Marketing/Sales/Direct Selling
·Experience with sales and marketing of nutritional supplements
·Great analytics skills and problem solving attitude
·Very good knowledge of Power Point & Excel
·Fluent written and spoken English and Czech
·Strong organizational skills and great interpersonal skills
·Good public speaking and presenting skills
·Ability to train/coach effectively Markets Representatives, leaders and Brand Partners
·Willingness to travel.
