The general purpose of the Value Proposition Manager is to design customer centric value propositions and ensure and facilitate their introduction within the assigned markets. This role has E2E reach from business requirements definition, cooperation with global product managers on product delivery to actual product/service introduction in local markets. Next to activities related to product introduction, this role acts as a solution/proposition ambassador and expert. For this, an ability to communicate with sales channels, company management, partners and different roles within organization is essential.

Requirements for the position:

  • Experience with product/segment management or business development in relevant area ( acquiring, telco, ICT, banking,..)
  • Experience with E2E product introduction in a highly competitive market
  • Experience with creation of or participation on market/segment/product strategy development
  • Knowledgeable about working with marketing mix
  • Experience in working with sales teams and their activation
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and formulate them into business requirements supported by financials
  • Ability to communicate / present / convince across all levels of organization
  • Project management competences
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Relevant working experience at least 5 Y
  • University degree
  • English language at a professional level (regular communication with global teams)
  • Knowledge of the acquiring or issuing industry is a plus
