  • Microsoft technologies ( Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Teams, MS Exchange)
  • Designing, deploying and operating high available Microsoft Exchange environments
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in migrating other workloads to Microsoft 365 (e.g. Skype/Teams, SharePoint) is a plus
  • Administrating, maintaining and troubleshooting our system infrastructure
  • Managing and troubleshooting high profile and difficult technical issues escalated by other support or business teams

  • Managing migrations of users between platforms
  • Configuring systems management tools for monitoring and capacity planning
  • Implementing solutions and processes to optimize operational efficiency, systems security and availability
  • Running applications, services and platforms to deliver a service portfolio according to SLA’s
  • Maintaining detailed functional and operational documentation
