Here you will be a great support to our Rail and travel team in helping them with any administrative duties. In this role you be responsible in assisting the Rail/Visa Travel Consultant team in any administrative duties that are needed. A snapshot of this opportunity

  • Can fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
  • Expertly use the appropriate the BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
  • Provide the client with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs and penalties
  • Consistently follows BCD Travel call/email guidelines
  • Creates rapport with the customer, by showing interest and having a friendly tone of voice
  • Ensure team members are kept up to date with new policies, procedures, and announcements

  • Extensive administrative experience in the corporate travel management industry
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Czech and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • You demonstrate internet research skills for customer information
  • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
