In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Start your career in a truly global company. After going through a one-year program, the successful candidate would be offered a full-time role within the Philips organization.

You are responsible for

Supporting the Trade & Shopper Marketing (TSM) team including·

  • Support of business and marketing activities within,

  • Support of various TSM projects (e.g. Chatbots, Campaign Landing Pages, In-store visibility, digital/omnichannel project – depends on actual needs)

  • Maintenance of TSM tools (e.g. campaign dashboards, listing proposal, product feature file)

  • Online and offline point of sales materials support (Product Rich Content within Philips partners, showrooms, etc.)

  • Reports and Analysis – selected reports update, maintenance and backup

  • Price list – ownership of this tool (collecting data, adjustments)


You are a part of

Trade & Shopper Marketing team which is part of the commercial triangle together with Sales and Marketing. We have a strong strategic role with a focus on 4P. Our main role is to find an optimal way how to adjust and implement global strategies in the context of local and retail specifics.


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Graduate or student of last year at Master’s study with a focus on business/trade/marketing/sales/data analysis

  • Excellent knowledge of English and Czech/Slovak language

  • Possibility to work full-time (40 hours/week)

  • Good numerical ability and analytical skills

  • Great communication skills

  • Open-minded, eager to learn and develop new skills and knowledge

  • Willingness to work in a team as well as on individual projects
