On this role, you will be managing certain set of brands in a way which ensures the highest BTL to ATL connection.

This role is a junior trade marketing position focusing on creation and production of Point of Sales materials for Baked Snacks category which includes global brands like Oreo, strong regional brands like Brumik, also market leader local jewels like Opavia, just to mention few of our great brands.

Close cooperation with other Trade Marketing functions and Marketing, also Sales.

Production is done by a global suppliers who operates in implant system within Mondelēz , and thanks to this comfortable set up no direct discussion, negotiation needed with different producers.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Coordination of in-store communication materials
  • Keep contact with all relevant agencies
  • Catalyze in-store POS development & execution
  • Support brand strategy with in-store TM-specific POS execution, hostess activations
  • Coordinates KAM team in terms of in-store activations
  • Provides budget control on A&C spending in a way that ensures maximum efficiency

CZ language or SK is must, as well as good level of English. Candidate should deal with remote set up as line manager based in a different market. Strong ownership, pro activity, good communication skills and can do attitude are key skills, not to mention we are looking for a real team player.

You will bring experience and knowledge in:

  • 2 years trade marketing experience, FMCG experience is advantage
  • University BSc/MSc degree (preferably in Economics), specialization in marketing preferred
  • Fluent English & CZ/SK language knowledge
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
