Talent Attraction Cluster Team Lead, UK&ENI, DACH, EESC, (m/f/d)
The position can be executed home-based/hybrid, preferably from within the cluster.
Purpose of the role
As our new GTA Founder, you will join us after an exciting GTA Transformation phase and play a key role in bringing our Talent Attraction organization to the next level. As a Talent Attraction Cluster Team Lead for the UK, Nordics, Baltics, Israel, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Central & South-Eastern Europe, you will drive the Talent Attraction Strategy in your cluster through a dedicated team of approximately three Talent Attraction Advisors and build strong working relationships with the HR Leads, CoEs and Senior Business Managers.

This is a full-time position with regular visits to the sites in your cluster reporting to the GTA Regional Leader Europe .
Lead the HR and Business Stakeholders successfully in your cluster and your team through a GTA transformation period ensuring ongoing quality GTA service.
Lead, coach and train a team of approx. three remote Talent Attraction Business Partners.
Have a firm understanding of challenges your team faces and provide support and direction to help drive success.
Find, create and implement innovations and simplifications with the focus of raising the bar from a candidate experience, employee, GTA, and business experience perspective.
Build strong working relationships with the HRBPs, CoEs, and Senior Business Stakeholders in your cluster, understand our company´s needs, and execute against talent strategies to deliver value.
Partner with the Talent Attraction CoE leads to identify and deploy regional and local Employee Branding, Future Talent initiatives and Social Media and Diversity strategies, etc. and manage your team members´ local execution of these strategies.
Firmly establish diversity and inclusion as a baseline expectation across our entire hiring process
Work with GTA LT to create a data-driven approach to recruiting and hiring, understanding the business needs and the recruiting capacity
Report metrics, trends, and issues to the GTA Regional Lead Europe, providing recommendations for improvement.
Lead regional and local GTA projects.
Meet GTA goals and KPIs with a clear plan of delivery.
Personally recruit for senior roles (hands-on approach) in your cluster.
7+ years’ previous experience in full life-cycle (international) recruiting incl. 2+ years in a leadership role, preferably in large/global, matrixed environments
A demonstrated track record as a successful leader, highly skilled recruiter, effective networker, and change agent
An independent thinker who can work with rare supervision while developing creative solutions to complex problems.
Strong communicator with excellent influencing, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
Strong project management, presentation, and influencing capabilities and a mindset of optimization and simplification.
Extensive knowledge of at least one applicant tracking system and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Fluent English, ideally fluency in additional languages of the cluster
