We are an international Talent Acquisition team and we are looking for a new experienced colleague who will support recruitment across Europe and mainly focus on French speaking countries.
You will manage independently the whole recruitment process from A to Z in a daily interaction with hiring managers and candidates.

What you will do:
Close interaction with hiring managers – help them identify the exact skills set required, the best approaches to recruit for the position and to advise on the best method to fill the position for best long term business results
Source, pre-select and pre-screen potential candidates to deliver a competitive short list to hiring managers
Schedule and lead interviews – online/face to face, individual/panel
Monitor and maintain internal and external job postings
Cooperate with recruitment agencies
Participate in local and global projects relating to the improvement of talent acquisition practices
What will make you a good fit for the role?
What you should have:
At least 2 years´ experience in recruitment , preferably within corporate IT environment
Fluency in English (other language would be a big plus)
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Positive approach, “can do” attitude, creative mindset, attention to details, team player
