We are looking for a System Engineer , who will lead a part of our team in the R&D Center Prague.

The candidate for this position will be platform/project contributor, and by delegation of the System Team Leader. The main task will be to ensure system engineering implementation in the project. 

Your challenges?

  • Participate to the documentation (Requirement specifications, Architecture Design… ) and validate the conformity to Platform and Aspice standards.
  • Prepare and plan System Design Reviews.
  • Prepare the time schedule and system development plan according to project milestones.
  • Ensure system engineering support to other teams which are working on the project.
  • Contribute to the dependability process (System-FMEA, e-FMEA and FTA) and quality process (Design FMEA).
  • Escalate the Lesson Learning Cards (LLC) from project system development to System Platform architecte.
  • Apply the platform system engineering standards and tools in the project.
  • Train project people to the Platform standards.
  • In the frame of the ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 certifications and Valeo rules, commit to Safety and Environmental issues: Safety issues, safety rules, security equipment’ uses.
  • Responsibility will be system documentation of Electric Driven Compressor (EDC) projects in compliance with Platform and Aspice standards. 
  • Let’s talk about you..

  • Engineering degree in technical field (electrical, electronic or mechanic)
  • 2-3 years work experience as project team member in system engineering or Aspice.
  • Knowledge of Aspice development process.
  • English language (communication, writing).
  • Ability to analyze complex systems based on global understanding of mechanics, electronics and software.
  • Knowledge of electrical compressors for automotive industry is an advantage.
