Support the GFA COO Strategy & Transformation team to run our Digital Finance Transformation (DFT) while executing in our GFA Strategy.
What you’ll do:
- Support the preparation of various reports & presentation decks
- Support maintaining DFT goal management tool (dashboards, status reports, etc)
- Contribute to communication of success stories & overall DFT Jam page maintenance
- Monitor DFT Shared inbox, support with meetings / workshops set up and tracking & maintenance of action items
- Support the creation & maintenance of DFT documentation and guidelines (mostly in PowerPoint, Word)
What you bring:
Previous experience in Project management and/or in a Finance area is an advantage but not an exclusion.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Current student in Administration, Accounting, Engineering or Systems careers. To graduate end of 2023 or later.
- Proficiency in:
- Power Point
- Knowledge in the following is a plus (not mandatory):
- MS Teams, SharePoint, JAM
- Project management tools (i.e. JIRA)
- Proactive, able to work independently
- Flexible, highly motivated and accustomed to work remotely (mostly from home office) and with colleagues located in other time zones
