In 2022 SITA has ignited its master acceleration plan to build a fast-growing company aiming a double-digit growth. In this context, executive leadership is requesting for an agile, robust, modern, and integrated (internal/external) strategic workforce planning function aiming to support resourcing decisions to boost growth.
Despite SITA’s undoubtable market-leader position today, post-pandemic consequences and the [labor] market has changed, and this trend will not stop, it’s even significantly accelerating. Today, the high level of talent competition, the global talent shortage (35%) and post-pandemic consequences are redefining skills/assets (development, acquisition, purchasing, etc.)
In this context, it becomes urgent and critical to create a dedicated role that will rapidly advise BU/GEOS and leaders on how to meet business goals with strategic resources planning for short, mid, and long term.

What you will do 
Under the leadership of the Global Director Talent Magnetism (TMAG) in strong collaboration with TMAG team members and with the ambitious goal to serve the best hiring managers, the role is responsible to deliver operational excellence to position SITA as a top employer and attract the best talent to support business growth. The scope of this role includes three key pillars: 
• Strategic resourcing/planning
• Skills framework: taxonomy, mapping, leveling, and trending assets for the future
• Business/leadership SWP advisory for short-, mid-and long-term resourcing 
Strategic Workforce Planning Manager interacts internally with all BU/GEOS concerned with TMAG and builds strong collaborations with different stakeholders in People Team, Business, and Finance. Externally connected to professional communities, bringing the knowledge, aiming for continuous improvement and enhancement of the strategic workforce capability, mastering the level, people experience, and efficiency long term. 


Who you are:
• 7+ years in all HR-related disciplines with 5 to 6 years in an HR Business Partner role
• At least 5 years experience of interaction with senior management
• Experience working in complex, international/multicultural, and fast-moving environments
• Experience working with People Analytics: Data management, Basic statistics, Data visualization, Storytelling with data, Ability to connect analytics with action through talent programs
• University degree, or equivalent diploma in HR, organizational psychology, or equivalent
• Fluent command of English
• Member of professional HR association
• Certified in Workforce planning, Business Partnering, or similar
• Proven experience with workforce planning tools and technologies 
• Change management and stakeholder management experience 
• Ability to effectively navigate through processes 
• Courage to have difficult conversations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking in a complex environment
