This role is a great opportunity for a sales professional in clinical biochemistry, immunochemistry or related disciplines who already has a solid customer-facing experience. You would join a world leader in in-vitro diagnostics who participates on shaping the Czech market and bringing now what patients need next. For our successful and experienced team we are currently hiring a new colleague who likes challenges, is a team player, is constantly ready to learn new things and comes up with brilliant and unique approaches. We are offering a position at Roche Diagnostics Sales Team to manage the communication and sales activities for existing and potential new customers throughout the Czech Republic.

Key responsibilities include

  • Create and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key customers through proactive communication
  • in product and company information management
  • Represent Roche and its products/services
  • Lead the development and implementation of the account plan
  • Coordinate the design and implementation of customer projects to reach process and cost optimization
  • Develop and execute against strategic and tactical business plans for the assigned accounts
  • Focus on the market and the customer through continuous monitoring of data on market trends, competitive products and pricing, customer development and competition behavior to capitalize on selling opportunities
  • May provide expertise to physicians and other medical/therapeutic clients 
  • Ensure that the company’s strategic vision, innovative projects, communication, and consultancy initiatives are conducted following laws, regulations and Roche standards
  • Responsible for the sale of the company’s diagnostic products within an assigned territory or geographic region

  • Education in clinical biochemistry, immunochemistry or related disciplines and/or equivalent related experience
  • Key account management experience in selling diagnostic laboratory services
  • Strong ability to identify customer needs and translate them into practical customer strategies
  • Business acumen

  • Tactfully discussing a buyer’s pain points
  • Ability to negotiate
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Creative team player with innovative approaches and ideas

  • Fluency in Czech and English language
