Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with SAP program leaders and other senior executives to create and implement change strategies that drive colleague behavior and alignment with the SAP program vision.

  • Effectively engage key stakeholders with organizational change initiatives to meet the SAP program objectives.

  • Survey and monitor stakeholder readiness and propose strategies, as required.

  • Design SAP program communication strategies for the duration of the program (internal to program, external with business).

  • Develop the SAP program communication plan.

  • Manage communication channels and key messages throughout SAP program.

  • Be responsible for sending out SAP Communications on Change Management, Releases and Updates to the Solution.

  • Align the organization’s competency and skills framework and model based on new requirements from the SAP program.

  • Develop the SAP program training strategy, budget and training plan.

  • Consider the SAP program impact on the talent management strategy and processes, including performance management, succession planning and development planning and execution.

  • Participate and Lead Training management Activities for SAP Deployments, End User Training, Train the Trainer.

  • Manage organizational structure and job design changes that may be required per the SAP program.

  • Manage all local labor requirements and participate in discussions related to the operating model and SAP program process changes.

  • Vendor Management.

  • Manage internal and external organizational change management resources to support the SAP program objectives.

  • Education Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in organization development, industrial/organizational psychology, organization behavior, human resources development or another relevant field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • MS or MBA preferred.

  • Required Experience and Skills:

  • At least 5 years’ progressive experience in organization development, leadership development, change management, communications, and professional development.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.

  • Customer focused.

  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills.

  • Negotiation skills. 

  • Large program change leadership experience.

  • Seizes accountability.

  • Peer relationships.

  • Technical training design.

  • Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Project management experience.

  • SAP Experience a plus.

  • Organizational learning methodologies, including adult learning theory.
