Join our team as SharePoint Project Manager

The Challenge:

The SharePoint Project Manager is responsible for transforming the creative strategy for the DI SW Global Facilities Department into different interactive SharePoint pages. Candidates should be highly collaborative problem-solvers and possess the ability to work independently with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

• Help to envision, create, and maintain SharePoint pages for our DI SW Global Facilities Team
• Incorporate new content and update existing content that includes but is not limited to the following:
• Ongoing and new projects
• Integrating information about global initiatives
• Alignment of content with respective teams/colleagues prior the content going live, with regular review and feedback sessions
• Develop and manage multiple, complex projects simultaneous, including project timelines and task lists
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for all SharePoint needs within the Global Facilities team
• Maintain high standards of quality and make sure only the best work is released to the workforce

What do you need to realize what matters?

• 3-5 years (minimum) of strong experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams content management best practices (not a developer)
• Proficient with Microsoft applications (Office, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
• Speaking English fluently
• Work well individually and while collaborating cross-functionally
• Positive, professional approach and the ability to perform tasks with minimal direction and guidance
• Good judgment, strong common sense, and excellent attention to detail

Type of employment:

• Fixed-term 12 months employment contract via external company with the possibility to extend
