JOB DESCRIPTION Service Owner is accountable for End to End delivery of a specific service or set of services provided by IT Services according to the agreed SLA and Support model. Service Owner serves as a single point of contact to the business partners and management for all matters related to the service, application or related infrastructure component(s). Your Tasks: • Accountability for:- End to End Service Delivery according to the agreed SLA – constant contact with the service support teams.- Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management (incl. Release Management) of the service.- Continous Service Improvements, Knowledge Management, Capacity Management, Continuity Management, Config & Asset Management and Service Level Management.- Cost optimization (together with the Business Partner Management and BUIT). • Understanding of the business processes, customer needs, end-users issues and care for the problems of the customer. • Keeping regular contact with business coleagues, including responsibility for the Management of Expectations and Stakeholder Management. • Consistently reviewing charges and costs related to service and initiate corrective actions. • Regularly presenting service review reports to the business partners. • Cooperating with Business IT, Project Managers and other stakeholders. • Bringing ideas about how to improve the service for business colleagues and users Actively searches for new opportunities and brings them to the Business Partner Management to develop further.
