Our Shared Service Center is a supporting function for other entities within Hoist Finance. We play an important role in relation to Hoist Finance’s development strategy. We perform internal processes and create supporting tools, which optimize and support the work of various teams in other countries. Role Purpose
Produce best in class customer experience through high quality design assets from Customer Communications, Marketing & Websites.  Ensuring a consistent & optimal customer experience with a commercial focus. 
Key Accountabilities
  • UI design with strong emphasis on UX principles to ensure the solution provides a simple user experience that delivers commercial results
  • Creating sketches, user flows, process diagrams, wireframes and working prototypes, both low and high fidelity, to communicate user journeys and deliver specifications
  • Engage with a program of ongoing iteration and improvements to enhance the product journey and to further deliver commercial objectives. 
  • Mapping all design material within our Holistic End To End Journey ensuring consistency from start to finish (working w/ sub digital departments Operational Strategy & Omni-channel).
  • Understand target audiences and tailor creative to drive results.
  • Excellent working knowledge of core interface and interaction design principles (typography, grids, hierarchy, mobile first, responsive, patterns, platform conventions, accessibility standards and so on).
  • Run discovery sessions and carry out UX research.
  • Support Business analyst & Customer Experience Analyst in their quest to ensure features & functionality are delivered as per briefed & the journey is digital first optimal.
  • Helping develop personas, journey maps and storyboards to capture and communicate user behaviours, motivations and goals.
  • Planning and conducting user testing activities.
  • Provide assets for A/B testing.
Key interactions
  • 5 + years’ experience within Digital Design/Graphic Design.
  • Experience within Financial Services &/or e-commerce
  • Up to date knowledge of and excellent skills in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & InDesign.
  • Previous experience using brand styleguides.
  • Strong layout and composition skills.
  • The ability to work across a number of projects at one time and change priority as requirements change.
  • Experience in planning, running and analysing findings from design/customer experience workshops. 
  • Working knowledge of Invision, Marvel or similar for the creation of working prototypes. 
  • Experience using Adobe Create Suite, Sketch or Figma.
  • Experience designing for A/B and multivariate testing process.
  • Experience with analytics software (GA, Hotjar, Crazy Egg etc) a bonus.
  • An appreciation and understanding of Front-End Development (from a design perspective).
Desirable Requirements 
  • Experience using Lucidchart, Omnigraffle or equivalent. 
  • Experience designing for A/B and multivariate testing process.
  • experience in using Hotjar, Userzoom, Lookback or equivalent.
  • Experience in motion designer & filming.
  • Experience with remote user testing services a bonus.
  • Experience designing for digital marketing campaigns (Paid Social & Display).
