Your role

That's why we're looking for a Senior UX/Product Designer to join our team and be in the driver's seat, designing and delivering digital products and experiences that are changing the B2B payment industry.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the UX charge: You'll be the mastermind behind defining and driving the UX design process for key digital products & experience projects. From research to prototyping, you'll make sure the user is at the centre of every decision.
- User love: Your designs will be based on a deep understanding of user needs, behaviours, and goals. You'll make sure the user is always front and centre.
- Collaborate to innovate: You'll work hand-in-hand with product management, engineering, and marketing to make sure designs align with business objectives.
- Mentor & lead: You'll be a guiding light for junior UX/UI designers, helping them grow and develop.
- Design system master: You'll be responsible for the creation, implementation, and maintenance of the design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency in all design processes and outputs.
- Prototype pro: You'll create high-fidelity prototypes that clearly communicate design concepts and interactions to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Think outside the box: You'll always be on the lookout for new technologies and design methodologies that can drive even better user experiences.
- 7+ years of UX design experience, as well as Service design experience
- A portfolio that showcases your understanding of user-cantered design principles, including research, ideation, prototyping, and testing
- Amazing collaboration and communication skills, able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities to inspire and guide junior designers
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, InVision, and the Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Abstract, Zeplin…
- A passion for innovation and a drive to push the boundaries of what's possible in UX design
Background in behavioural psychology would be a plus
