Operate and maintain cloud-based and on premise platforms based on windows and linux systems.
Overseeing and continuously improving the IT infrastructure and systems’ efficiency.
Perform automation tasks.
Support team members in routine operations and coach them.
You build, design, deploy and maintain different windows/linux based systems and services both in cloud and on premise environments.
You drive IT infrastructure projects (e.g. introducing access rights and permissions tool) and ensure the deliveries are on time, budget and expected quality.
You evaluate existing business applications and act as a technology scout by evaluating and piloting new applications for the continuous improvement of our processes.
You support in eliminating performance issues and security risks and offer the different teams a high performance digital workplace.
You ensure that data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines.
You monitor our system performance, provide detailed data analysis, and contribute your findings to continuous improvement activities.
You support your team in the prioritization of tasks.
You coach your team members to ensure optimal professional development.
Your profile ♂️
✔️ Experience in Microsoft Windows server/system administration.
✔️ Experience in Linux server/system administration.
✔️ Knowledge, understanding of data networking.
✔️ Pragmatic and problem-solving attitude.
✔️ Good understanding of best practices in cloud and on premise environments.
✔️ Experience with IT systems: setup, configuration, monitoring and maintenance.
✔️ Good skills at writing / editing documentation.
✔️ Knowledge of data protection operations requirements.
✔️ Fluent Polish and English language skills.
