Martin leads our C-tech team within PwC Czech Republic. He started his professional career as a programmer, then moved from administrator to project manager, pre-sales technician to team leader. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, photography and good food.
Analysis of business requirements and mapping them to Salesforce capabilities
Designing solutions and system functionalities according to business requirements
Performing and documenting the result of business and system analysis
Implementing business requirements with ability to utilize Salesforce built-in functionalities and configuration features of Salesforce platform
Accurately estimating effort of configuration work on Salesforce Platform
Working independently with the client (conducting workshops with the client, running demos, presenting of implemented solutions to customers)
Taking part in pre-sales process by creating Proof of Concept solutions and presenting them to the prospective clients
Leading a small (2-3 persons) project team in the scope of decomposing and delegating tasks, monitoring the progress of work and taking responsibility for the quality of the whole solution provided
Providing constructive and meaningful feedback
Proactively sharing knowledge as well as introducing new people to the team and teaching others
3+ years of experience in IT as a Salesforce Business Consultant or Business Analyst
3+ years of experience in delivering commercial CRM projects
Salesforce Certificates (e.g.: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, etc.)
Confidence to inspire and guide people towards a common goal for everyone’s benefit
Ability to perform and document the results of business and system analysis (e.g. in form of users stories, processes, diagrams)
Very good communication and presentation skills
Open-minded – always seeking innovative solutions
Creative approach for solving common challenges across projects
Capable to manage communication in a team, moderate discussions, draw constructive conclusions, resolve conflicts
Nice to have:
A self-motivated Salesforce enthusiast who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of working with leadership teams to implement complex business requirements within Salesforce and third party applications
Knowledge of UML and BPMN
Experience in working in Agile projects
Strategic thinking and tactical project planning/management skills
Experience in consulting company
