JOB DESCRIPTION About the role: Manages large and/or medium projects for dedicated product – DCG Framework at all stages (initiation, execution, closure) and in all PM areas (time, cost, scope, quality, communications, risk, human resources, procurement). Ensures that project goals and objectives are met within agreed time, scope, budget, quality and resource requirements using excellent communication skills. Helping the Product owner to manage DCG Framework product. Reports to Manager of Team. Your work: • Responsibility for the overall success of two or more projects in DCG FW product portfolio and other projects in System Integration Express domain. • Obtains feedback at critical milestones and at project completion to ensure that project efforts meet customer expectations for contracted time, cost, and performance • Develops project plans, project schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports • Communicates major milestones and identifies potential project risks • Conducts regular status meetings to review project activities • Manages changing scope and project acceptance criteria • Ensures that the projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations • Translates project requirements into project objectives and tasks • Responsible for managing P&L and reporting progress of the project on an ongoing basis You should have: • 8+ years of project Management experience in IT or bank industry • Knowledge of DP DHL is an advantage • Prince2 or PMI-PMP certification is an advantage • Proven ability to lead and manage a specialist-based, high-performing and multicultural team • People leadership capability to drive and motivate staff to meet project deliverables • Proficient stakeholder management, customer relationship, negotiation skills, in order to define project scope, time and quality requirements • Proficient experience in preparation of project plans with appropriate budget and resource requirements • Results-oriented and driven by goal achievement with a strong focus on excellence and high quality project delivery • Ability to manage third parties • Excellent English language (both written and spoken) What we offer: • Great team of IT professionals and possibility of technical development • Modern offices in Chodov • Home office possibilities • Permanent contract • Company Car, Pension plan contribution, Long-term Sickness Insurance • CAFETERIA employee benefit program with wide selection of benefits from Edenred • Extra week of holiday (25 days/year), 6 Self-sickness days/year, Full salary compensation for up to 10 days absence due to illness per calendar year, Lunch vouchers fully covered by company • Multisport card, mobile and laptop, fruit days, sport clubs for employees, Referral program……For more details do not hesitate to contact .
