If yes, we are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Senior Project Management Officer based in either Prague or Brno.

Job Description:

To be successful within our S’PMO role, you should demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch PMO should be well organized and able to work under pressure. The objective of this role is to ensure a successful transformation through structured management of various projects and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
  • Implementing, using and protecting a service line overarching governance for all prioritised projects.
  • Being able to provide an overview of all current activities suitable for management at any time and identify the blind spots.
  • Collecting, deducing and providing status information, financial reports and budget outlines to Executives.
  • Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company’s standards.
  • Developing new and improving existing PMO policies and processes.
  • Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines. Part of this is compliance with the governance via smart and proactive stakeholder management.
  • Accurately documenting the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project’s scope, budget, and justification.
  • Strong background in MS Office.
  • Qualifications:

  • Experience in a management function in an international company and proven knowledge in PMO and / or project management with responsibility of complex projects or programs with strategic importance
  • A Bachelor`s (preferred: Master’s degree) in a relevant field of study, or equivalent professional experience
  • Excellent organizational and technical skills.
  • Critical thinker, pragmatic implementer, and problem solver with the ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Your way of working is independent, goal-oriented, and structured
  • You bring along good communication skills and team spirit
  • Fluent in English
  • German a distinct advantage but not essential.
