Check-in is an integral part of every “air” traveler journey. Without online or offline (at the airport) check-in you will not get on board. As a Product Manager responsible for this domain you will make sure that the check-in part of every booking is as smooth and comfortable as possible. While making customers happy you will be as well responsible for exploring upsell monetization opportunities. Ancillary team responsible for upsell of travel related services will be one of the most important stakeholders.
You will be working in a newly built cross-functional team within triple leadership with technical lead and UX designer. With the team you will be responsible for defining of product strategy and accountable for team business results.
