Senior Product Manager for Check-in

Check-in is an integral part of every “air” traveler journey. Without online or offline (at the airport) check-in you will not get on board. As a Product Manager responsible for this domain you will make sure that the check-in part of every booking is as smooth and comfortable as possible. While making customers happy you will be as well responsible for exploring upsell monetization opportunities. Ancillary team responsible for upsell of travel related services will be one of the most important stakeholders. 
You will be working in a newly built cross-functional team within triple leadership with technical lead and UX designer. With the team you will be responsible for defining of product strategy and accountable for team business results. 
The Product Manager in this position:
  • Knows customer extremely well and properly understand all pain points 
  • Cooperates with user research and customer experience teams to continuously improve this knowledge 
  • Based on identified opportunities drives continuous product discovery that helps you optimize and innovate 
  • Constantly improves the discovery practices  
  • Understands that customer centric solutions needs to work also for business 
  • Knows how the product works end to end and properly understands customer journey
  • Owns the product domain, defines product strategy and plan accordingly to execute the strategy with your team
  • Decides about priorities within product backlog
  • Leads the decision on the metrics and the data organization within check in domain, influences product metrics at the company level
  • Actively defines and engages the stakeholder ecosystem around their product and the whole company
  • What skills and experience are we looking for:
  • Business-acumen and passion to build a great products
  • 3+ years in a Product Management role 
  • Proven track record of successful B2C product (outcome over output)
  • Your English is fluent – both written and spoken (environment with people of 50+ nationalities)
  • You have a strong people skills and stakeholder management
  • You have a passion for new technologies and digital products
